Follow these tips to ensure optimum charging of your Galaxy smartphone.

Always use a genuine Samsung charger for your device

USB cable should not be bent or damaged

Ensure that the charger has been plugged into a functional power socket

If the battery is fully discharged, then charge your phone for at least 10 mins before restarting

If an error pop-up appears, then please power-off and re-start the device
