A silent video begins with the title “Recycled materials in Galaxy Z Flip4” displayed on screen. Components made with post-consumer materials are highlighted, showing the locations of the receiver deco, display connector cap, upper antenna bracket, and inner part of the side key on the top of the device, and the speaker modules (upper and lower) on the rear. Next, the side key bracket made with repurposed fishing nets is highlighted on the side of the device. The video then presents a sequence of close-up views focusing on the location and shape of each component.

The high-performance polyamide resins created through the collaboration was first applied to the key brackets for the Galaxy S22 series and the inner cover of the S Pen for Galaxy S22 Ultra that were launched in February 2022. Many other flagship Galaxy devices as smartphones, buds, tablets and PCs integrate the recycled material.
